Dr. Forvilly was born and raised at Lake Tahoe. He has been a full-time resident of Zephyr Cove since 1989. Dr. Forvilly graduated from the University of Nevada with a B.A. degree in pre-dental studies. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. Dr. Forvilly is an active member of both the American Dental Association and the Nevada Dental Association. Dr. Forvilly is an avid sportsman, enjoying all outdoor sports.
